Subscription Terms

30-Day No-Card Trial

The /trial signup offer gives eligible new members 30 days of Prism, including Refraction and Echo, without a membership charge. No payment card is required and the trial creates no automatic charge. Verify your email, then explicitly accept the trial terms and risk disclosure and choose Start my 30-day free trial. The 30-day clock begins at that activation, not when you request an email link.

Trial access ends at the recorded expiry unless you choose and complete a paid membership. To continue, you can choose View ($249/month) for core charts or Lens ($449/month total) for charts plus ongoing Refraction and Echo. Paid checkout separately presents the price, recurring billing terms and first charge for your confirmation. The no-card trial does not authorize a paid subscription or payment.

We send a service reminder seven days before the trial ends. Your recorded trial expiry controls access even if a reminder is not delivered. One trial per eligible new member; signing in again, canceling or resubscribing does not renew the trial. The feature clock begins at trial activation and does not restart when a paid membership begins or renews. There is no automatic upgrade from View to Lens.

Existing paid memberships and standard paid checkout are not changed by this no-card offer. Earlier card-based trials remain subject to their confirmed billing terms and any confirmed extension. An extension uses the original trial start; it does not create a second trial.

Subscription Features

Prism View and Prism Lens include the features shown for each plan at checkout. Standard paid View checkout includes a one-time seven-day feature preview of Refraction and Echo beginning when the paid membership first activates; View billing is not delayed by that preview. The separate /trial offer provides 30 days of chart, Refraction and Echo access without a card or automatic charge. Trial access ends unless the member chooses a paid membership. Choosing paid View does not restart an already-used feature preview; Lens includes Refraction and Echo continuously while active. Member plans do not include brokerage services, trade execution, personalized financial advice, or guaranteed outcomes.

Refraction and Echo Preview

Each eligible new Prism View membership receives one preview of Refraction live pattern monitoring and Echo behavioral intelligence. On standard paid checkout without a prior trial, that preview lasts seven days, begins when the paid membership first becomes active, and does not delay, reduce, or replace View subscription charges. The separate no-card trial includes these features for 30 days from activation. Choosing paid View after a trial does not create a new preview or restart its clock.

At the end of the applicable preview, Refraction and Echo lock unless the account upgrades to Prism Lens. Prism Lens includes both features for as long as the Lens membership remains active. Canceling, resubscribing, changing email, or changing plans does not create a second preview.

Billing

Prism memberships are purchased through Prism's approved website checkout, not through in-app purchase. Billing, renewal, cancellation, taxes, and refund terms are shown at checkout or in your account settings.

Entitlement Sync

Access may depend on app store receipt validation, payment processor status, account status, and entitlement sync. If you believe your access is incorrect, contact support.

No Trading Guarantee

Subscriptions provide software access only. They do not guarantee profits, prevent losses, or ensure that any bot, signal, chart, or alert will be accurate or useful.
