This Privacy Policy explains how Prism, operated by EdgeLab, collects, uses, shares, retains, and protects information when you use Prism.

01

Information We Collect

We may collect account information such as name, email address, authentication identifiers, account settings, role, entitlement status, and subscription status.

We may collect usage and product data such as screens viewed, chart layouts, watchlists, selected instruments, timeframe preferences, bot overlay preferences, saved layouts, alert preferences, session activity, support interactions, diagnostics, performance data, and error logs.

Your saved markets, home cards and layout choices stay with your account. Two separate settings help personalize and improve PRISM: Learn from my market choices and Share feature usage to improve PRISM. Both start on. You can turn either one off in Home > Customize, choose a fixed market order or clear your learned market history.

Market learning counts your selections to order your top three using up to 30 days of activity, weighted toward recent choices. Separately, product usage counts named market, timeframe, tool, signal-panel and layer actions. Direct choices, preset changes and initial visibility are counted separately. The same optional product usage setting also measures active time on Home and the chart, selected markets and timeframes, time with named panels open and enabled-layer exposure. Time pauses while the page is hidden or unfocused and after two minutes without interaction. Quiet reading may be undercounted. Visits include new tabs and reloads, not just sign-ins. Open panels and visible layers do not establish what you read or deliberately chose. These daily counts and active-time totals are linked to your account. They are not anonymous and are not a recording of everything you do.

The optional counters and active-time measurement do not record keystrokes or their contents, passwords, screenshots, chart prices, positions, session recordings or arbitrary page text, and are not sent to advertising networks. Available browser Global Privacy Control and Do Not Track signals pause both optional counters and active-time measurement. Those browser signals may not be available inside the mobile app; the in-app settings remain available. Turning an option off stops new optional counts and active-time measurement after the setting saves, but does not erase earlier product counts or time totals. Clearing learned history removes learning counts, not the separate product counts or time totals. Saved home choices still work with both options off.

Chart feedback lets you report an issue or suggest adding, removing or improving a feature. We store your submitted note with your account and, if you choose, the market, timeframe and active layer names. Avoid including sensitive information. Feedback is reviewed by authorized PRISM administrators and does not require optional usage analytics.

Operational sign-in, security, request/error and performance records help protect the service and troubleshoot failures. Market-delivery diagnostics can include your account ID, selected market and delivery or paint timing measurements. These are separate from optional product usage counts; switching optional counts off does not turn off authentication, security or essential diagnostics.

On the trial page, we use a first-party anonymous cookie that expires after 24 hours to count visits, accepted sign-in-link requests, verified sessions, and trial activations by a fixed set of campaign labels. This measurement does not store your email, account identifier, IP address, full URL, referrer, or browser fingerprint and is not shared with advertising networks. Expired measurement sessions are removed by an hourly cleanup; aggregate counts remain. We honor browser Global Privacy Control and Do Not Track signals for this cookie.

How We Use Information

We use information to provide and operate Prism, authenticate users, manage subscriptions and entitlements, display charts and research overlays, monitor feed status, improve reliability, secure the service, detect abuse, provide support, and comply with legal, provider, App Store, and contractual obligations.

03

How We Share Information

We may share information with cloud hosting providers, database providers, authentication providers, app stores, payment processors, analytics or crash-reporting providers, customer-support tools, market-data providers where required, professional advisers, law enforcement, regulators, or a successor in connection with a business transaction.

Our service providers include Vercel for hosting, Supabase for authentication and application records, AWS for shared market and research services, Stripe for external membership payments, and Resend for service email. Apple distributes the mobile app. Support correspondence goes to our support mailbox. Providers process the information needed for those services under their applicable arrangements.

We do not sell personal information in the ordinary meaning of selling it for money.

04

Financial Data Notice

Prism is a market research terminal. We do not intentionally collect member brokerage credentials, bank account credentials, or payment card numbers directly inside the app unless expressly stated in a separate integration flow.

05

Retention, Deletion, and Choices

We retain information for as long as needed to provide the service, maintain records, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, prevent fraud, and protect security.

An hourly cleanup targets signed-in activity counts, daily active-time aggregates and visit summaries older than 90 UTC days, duplicate-prevention receipts older than two days, and chart feedback older than 180 days. Processing occurs at the next successful cleanup run. Recent market ranking uses up to 30 days of counts. You can clear learned market history in Home > Customize. Saved home choices remain until reset or account deletion. These preferences, counts, active-time records and feedback are also deleted when the associated authentication account is deleted. These time limits do not apply to every billing, support-email, security, provider-log or backup record, which are retained as needed for the service and applicable obligations.

You may request account deletion or personal data deletion by contacting support@seeprismcharts.com. Some records may be retained where required or reasonably necessary for legal, security, fraud-prevention, accounting, dispute-resolution, or audit purposes.
